Q: I have existing units, can I change them to your software?
A: Most of the time, yes. We can connect over 1800 assorted makes and models of gps units to our software.
Q: Am I under contract?
A: No. You are free to cancel your subscription at any time.
Q: Do I pay my gps subscription upfront?
A: No. We don’t invoice until the 1st of the month. Payment due 20th of the following month.
Q: Can I install a gps unit myself?
A: Most of the time, yes. However, for machinery and canbus reading equipment we recommend using an auto electrician.
Q: Is my gps ready to track?
A: If the unit was supplied by us, then yes. All units supplied by us are programmed and ready for installation. Some specialized units may need additional online programming by us after installation.
Q: Which cellular network do you use?
A: We use the spark network.
Q: What happens when there is no coverage?
A: If a unit goes out of coverage, it is still tracking. The information is stored on its internal memory and uploaded once back in coverage.
